Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Webflow Developer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in building, customizing, and optimizing responsive websites using Webflow. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Webflow elements, interactions, and CMS features, along with strong JavaScript skills to enhance functionality and user experience.

This is a remote, full-time night shift position, ideal for self-motivated individuals who can work independently and deliver high-quality results on tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop pixel-perfect, responsive websites using Webflow.
Implement complex Webflow interactions and animations.
Customize Webflow CMS and integrate dynamic content structures.
Extend Webflow functionality using custom JavaScript and third-party libraries.
Troubleshoot and debug issues across various browsers and devices.
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and backend developers to execute projects end-to-end.
Optimize website performance, loading speed, and SEO readiness.
Maintain and update existing Webflow sites as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2-3 years of proven experience working with Webflow.
Deep understanding of Webflow elements, styles, classes, and structure.
Solid experience in JavaScript (vanilla and basic libraries like jQuery).
Familiarity with REST APIs and Webflow integrations.
Experience working with CMS collections and dynamic content.
Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Ability to follow design systems and brand guidelines accurately.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
