About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated SEO Executive with 1 year of hands-on experience in search engine optimization. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SEO strategies, keyword research, content optimization, and analytics to help improve organic rankings and drive website traffic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headings, URLs, and content.
- Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, indexing, crawl issues, etc.).
- Assist in creating SEO-friendly content with the content team.
- Build and manage backlinks using ethical link-building practices.
- Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1 year of proven experience in SEO (agency or in-house).
- Knowledge of On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
